FT-IR은 푸리에 변환 기법을 활용한 적외선 분광기로, 시료에 적외선을 조사한 뒤 분자 고유의 쌍극자모멘트에 의해 흡수된 파장을 알아내어 시료를 정성, 정량분석이 가능합니다.
FTIR measures the quality and quantity of a sample with the absorbed wavelength after irradiating the sample with infrared rays.
약 50가지의 가스를 동시 분석할 수 있으며, 공장 굴뚝의 배기가스 및 온실가스 저감장치의 배출구측정에도 사용되며, 온실가스 저감장치의 경우 개별 처리시설과 옥외 통합처시리설에서 측정하고있습니다.
About 50 components can be analyzed at the same time, and it is used to measure the concentration of exhaust gas from factory chimneys and greenhouse gas reduction devices.
FT-IR은 QMS에서 분석이 어려운 시료, 예를 들어 질량이 거의 같아 intensity에 서로 간섭을 주는 N2O와 CO2의 경우에도 측정이 가능합니다.
FTIR can measure even N2O and CO2, which have almost the same mass and interfere with intensity during QMS measurement.
